Rules & Regulations 

Host Responsibility & Damages

The event host (booking party) is fully responsible for the conduct of all attendees and for any damages, stolen items, or broken property that occur during the event.

Any property damage will incur an automatic $150 damage fee, plus any additional repair or replacement costs exceeding this amount. Additional charges will be billed accordingly with supporting receipts provided.

 

Cleaning Policy & Food Guidelines

  • Light refreshments only are permitted.

  • Only the back table may be used for food and beverages.

  • The event host must provide and use a rectangular tablecloth to cover the food table.

  • All food must remain contained within designated food areas/bags.

  • No hot food, greasy food, or hard liquor is permitted in the facility to protect the cleanliness, aroma, and integrity of our remodeled space.

If excessive cleaning is required, including disposal of food, beverages, or excessive mess, a $50 additional cleaning fee will be applied.

 

Time & Overtime Charges

Please be mindful of your scheduled event time.

  • Any time exceeding your reserved booking will be billed in 15-minute prorated increments at $37.50 per increment.

  • Overtime policies will also be verbally reiterated upon arrival.

 

Facility Usage Guidelines 

  • No equipment, products, or supplies may be used while staff is off the premises.

  • Security cameras are in place if verification is necessary.

  • No one is permitted behind the front desk, workstation, or inside the office area.
