Traveling Parties (Off-Site)
• $75 within 15 miles
• $125 for 15–30 miles
• $200 for 30–45 miles
• 45+ miles → custom quote
Deposits
30% deposit of total cost required to reserve the date and close the studio for private use
Private Event Fee – $150
A flat $150 Private Event Fee applies to all private parties. This fee covers exclusive use of the studio, event planning, private room reservation, setup, cleanup, and dedicated hosting for your group.
Early Booking Special
Book 90+ days in advance and receive $100 OFF your Private Event Fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance to receive a full refund NOT included deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made 4 days or prior may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made 3 or after days are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Final Payment
All remaining balances must be paid 3 days before the event
The celebration experience will not begin until payment is complete
