Traveling Parties (Off-Site)
• $75 within 15 miles
• $125 for 15–30 miles
• $200 for 30–45 miles

Deposits
Groups of 1–15 guests
A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and covers the party room rental fee.
Groups of 16+ guests
30% deposit of total cost required to reserve the date and close the studio for private use
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made within 3 days may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations made after 3 days are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Final Payment
All remaining balances must be paid 3 days before the event
The celebration experience will not begin until payment is complete
