Cancellation Policy
• $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days. Our cancellation policy varies for group and party bookings please refer to our group and party pages.
• No-shows forfeit payment and cannot be rescheduled.
Each reservation reserves staff time, materials, and space prepared specifically for your experience.
No shipping required unless you specifically request it.
Rescheduling Policy
• All rescheduled appointments must have a new confirmed date secured at the time of request.
• Simply reaching out, messaging, emailing, or calling without securing a new confirmed appointment date does NOT hold or extend your booking credit.
• Rescheduled appointments must occur within the allowed rescheduling window (30 days unless otherwise stated in writing).
Credits not used within the allotted timeframe will automatically expire and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Weather or Emergency Grace Extensions (If Applicable)
In the event of inclement weather or studio-initiated closures, a temporary grace extension may be offered.
• Any extension will be clearly communicated in writing.
• The new appointment date must be fully confirmed and secured within the stated extension window.
• Failure to secure a new confirmed date within the extension period will result in forfeiture of the original booking.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late risk forfeiting their reservation without refund.
