⏱ Important Information
Experience Length: Approximately 90 minutes.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late risk forfeiting their reservation without refund.
No outside food permitted. Light refreshments available for purchase while candles cool.
Music is controlled by staff during regular business hours unless the event is private.
All bookings are final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Because each experience requires dedicated time, staffing, and materials prepared specifically for your reservation, the following policy strictly applies:
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment one time only.
- All reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled experience.
- Your new date must be selected and confirmed at the time of your request.
- Rescheduled appointments must take place within 30 days of the original booking.
Important:
- Contacting us without securing a new date does not hold your spot or extend your credit.
- If a new date is not confirmed during your request, your booking will be forfeited.
- these can not be used as vouchers a date must be set upon booking.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event are non-transferable and forfeited.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations result in full forfeiture of payment.
- Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your experience without reschedule eligibility.
No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed appointments
- Late arrivals
- Failure to follow booking policies
- Change of plans
- Emergency or Weather Exceptions
- Only in the case of studio closures or severe weather, a reschedule extension may be granted.
- Any exception will be communicated in writing and must still be confirmed within the given timeframe.
