Looking for a welcoming place to showcase your products during the holiday season? Marvelous Light Candle is opening its doors to a limited number of vendors every Friday and Saturday.

Our guests visit for candle-making experiences, perfume-making, birthday celebrations, date nights, girls’ outings, corporate team-building events, and holiday shopping—giving your business the opportunity to connect with new customers in a fun, interactive environment.

Whether you’re an established business or just getting started, we’d love to collaborate with you!

Friday

  • Half Day (11:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM): $40
  • Full Day (11:00 AM–8:00 PM): $60

Saturday

  • Half Day (11:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM): $50
  • Full Day (11:00 AM–8:00 PM): $80

🎄November & December Holiday Pricing

Friday

  • Half Day (11:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM): $50
  • Full Day (11:00 AM–8:00 PM): $70

Saturday

  • Half Day (11:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM): $60

Only two vendor spaces are available each day.

Food Vendor Information

Food and beverage vendors are welcome! Because food vendors may require additional accommodations, permitting, or space, vendor fees differ from our standard retail vendor pricing.

Food vendor pricing is determined based on the type of food or beverage being served, setup requirements, and space needed.

If you’re interested in becoming a food vendor, please select Food Vendor on the application. We’ll contact you with pricing and any additional requirements before your reservation is confirmed.

Please note: All food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, and insurance in accordance with local and state regulations.

Vendor Expectations

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting display.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled shift for setup.
  • Remain set up for your entire reserved time.
  • Promote your vendor date on your social media platforms to help bring additional traffic.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Products must be family-friendly and align with the Marvelous Light Candle brand.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, equipment, sales, and payment processing.
  • Space is limited and subject to approval to ensure a variety of products for our customers.
